Unable to work with NUMERIC Field
Created SQL file using the IBM's Operational Navigator which allows precision and scale to be defined and filed is defined as a NUMERIC with zero scale
When a field is defined as NUMERIC using native AS/400 SQL, you can not define precision and scale, only precision.
FIX:
Redefine the field to a different data type which has both precision and scale.
