SYMPTOM(s):
Prorest creates the data extents in the current working directory
The new database is not located in the working directory, as specified in
'prorest c:\progress\work\restore\newdb backup'
CAUSE:
Prorest follows the current st-file of the new db. If none is present in the new 'restore directory' it installs the data extents in the current working directory.
FIX:
Create a new st-file for the db that shall be restored, specify the exact paths for all the extents and place this file in the new restore directory. Then run prorest.
