Service pack installation is frozen in backing up existing Progress files for a long time
Backing up existing Progress files when installing Service pack takes a long time
Waiting for more than 30 minutes when Service packs backing up an existing Progress files
CAUSE:
The disk with Progress installation has been busy - another process has been running there - slowing Service Pack installation
FIX:
Since the disk is busy, the only option is to wait while the process making disk busy finishes.
