SYMPTOM(s):
rycstobjcw is registered twice. Once as static with '.w' extension, and a 2nd time as a dynamic object.
CAUSE:
Known issue development aware. rycstobjcw.w is an old unused object. It is invalid because static browse ry/obj/rycstfullb.w is missing.
rycstobjcw.w is not used and is completely ignored, but it should be removed from the repository and from \src\icf\ry\uib.
FIX:
Unregister rycstobjcw.w from the repository and delete it in \src\icf\ry\uib
