toolbarDrawDirection has to be set to "vertical" for it to work on the web. If it has a capital V it will not work.
Setting it via the object Properties sets it to "Vertical".
CAUSE:
Object Property and the way it works on the Web don't Match
FIX:
Set the property manually to "vertical" making sure that it is all lower case
