Pinging the WebSpeed broker causes error 6019 and 5825 in the web browser
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: The specified service name does not exist or has a bad format (5825)
FACT(s) (Environment):
The WebSpeed Broker is set up to register with the NameServer
The broker tries to start and goes down again
The web-disp.p file is referenced as -p web-disp.p in the agent startup parameters
The working directory does not have web-disp.p file.
Using the progress supplied web-disp.p

CAUSE:
The web-disp.p file is not found as referenced in the webspeed agent's startup parameters.
FIX:
Reference the web-disp.p in the webspeed agent's startup parameters to the progress default location which is as follows:
-p web\objects\web-disp.p
