Toolbar button image not used with dynamics
In the Toolbar and Menu Designer, the image for a button cannot be changed.
If an item is copied from another item in the Toolbar and Menu Designer, it is then not possible to change the button image.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Instead of copying the item from another item with the 'Copy' button, create the item with the 'Add' button and set its properties manually. This then allows you to change the image.
