Dynamics: WebClient using 'As Needed' component fails to install static SDO _cl files
Launching the container that is having only static SDOs fails to trigger
the download of the 'As Needed' component that has the required _cl static
SDO client proxy procedure files.
CAUSE:
Container's dynamic property RunDOOptions has not been correctly set.
FIX:
Open the container object in the Container Builder and add/modify
its dynamic property 'RunDOOptions' to have value 'StaticClientOnly'.
