Client receives error 778 and error 735
Running in client/server mode
Run stored-procedure and get windows error message that __msssrv.exe has performed an illegal action and is being closed down.
Progress session is not terminated
Run stored procedure a second time and it works
Error <read/writing> socket, ret=<n>, errno=<n>. (778)
** Incomplete write when writing to the server. (735)
CAUSE:
Bug #20031120-048
FIX:
Service packs 9.1D02 - 9.1D09 are missing the _msssrv.exe file which fixes this problem. Contact Technical Support for the version of the _msssrv.exe that is needed.
