The Web-Client product was designed for use on a stand alone PC by a single client. All registry entries are done under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE for all users of the machine. The entries can not be customized for the different users on the same machine, changes that are made are written to the same Registry Key on the machine and will over write the previous entries.
