Kernel parameters not visible in SAM or kctune on HPUX 11.11i
CAUSE:
SEMA was disabled on the system. SEMA disabled means that the semaphore support in the kernel at system boot time (Series 700 only) is turned off.
FIX:
Set SEMA to 1. Setting SEMA=1 will enable the code to be included in the kernel ( enable IPC shared memory).
