SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to create a Progress/400 DataServer schema holder
AS/400 connection failed. Unknown library . (2509)
CAUSE:
This error can occur if the code page supplied is wrong.
FIX:
When creating the schema holder, the code page must be the one used by the AS/400 operating system (not the database one). To verify the code page used by the AS/400 you can execute the command:
DSPSYSVAL QCHRID
