SYMPTOM(s):
When -cpinternal and -cpstream is set to UTF-8, WebSpeed files that contain single quotes do not compile.
When compiled via Workshop, error:
Msngr: Disconnecting with no header on WTA output web stream. <BR> (5814).
When file is opened and saved with AppBuilder, its contents are cleared and replaced with a question mark '?'.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Use double quotes instead of single quotes.
