Output file corrupted when extracting Oracle RAW or LONG RAW field to disk.
When extracting an Oracle RAW or LONG RAW field via Progress 4GL to a disk file, the last symbol is changed to 0x00 (data corruption).

Bug# 20040309-043
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D Service Pack 9 or later progress versions.
