Cannot add Dynamic SmartFrame to security structure of an Action.
CAUSE:
Expected behavior.
The object specified for security structures is only intended to support container objects. In 2.1A a bug was fixed so this is actually enforced.
A dynFrame is not a "real" container, rather it is a sub-container that must be placed in a container itself. Therefore, for security purposes it is not a container object.
