SYMPTOM(s):
Having problems setting up SOAP message to ESB Service, getting error:
Invalid Web Service target namespace: <Id> (10878).
XML message is hand written (not through a proxy program for the programing language)
CAUSE:
The Namespace in the XML message passed to SonicESB was not correctly formatted
FIX:
Fix the message
