SYMPTOM(s):
INSTALLATION ERROR (102): Unable to create the file:/fathom/fmmgt21/bin/Fathomtlr.dll (ETXTBSY))
While installing Fathom Service Pack.
Progress and Fathom have been stopped.
CAUSE:
Fathomtlr.dll has been cached by AIX OS.
FIX:
Run /usr/sbin/slibclean to release files that are no longer active.
Install service pack.
