GOAL:
Is there a way to load new settings / changes from the conmgr.properties without restarting the AdminServer?
GOAL:
Do I have to restart the AdminServer when a change is made within the conmgr.properties file?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00124575
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0A01, 10.0B04, or 10.1B or later.
If an upgrade as noted above is not possible, manual changes in the conmgr.properties will not be picked by the AdminServer if it's not restarted, thus you will have to stop and restart the AdminServer for this to take affect
