How to recover from a failure to run unglue when uninstalling Fathom Management ?
FACT(s) (Environment):

FIX:
Removing the Fathom directory before running unglue will result in the associated Progress product becoming partially disabled and will not run properly. (refer P77695 )
To recover from this situation:
1) Delete the following files from the Progress installation directory:
$DLC/.fathom
$DLC/bin/fathom_env
$DLC/bin/fathomcp_env
NOTE: "$DLC" needs to be the full path name.
2.) Open $DLC/addons and remove the "fathom_V2" line.
