The managers getpropertylist and setpropertylist need to be reviewed to reduce the number of calls that are being made to getPropertyList – grouping properties where appropriate and using variables to persist the retrieved value rather than continually checking.

FIX:
We agree that we should eliminate unnecessary calls. We need to analyze this work and understand the benefits and risks before we implement. This analysis is on-going.
