Treeview Performance: OpenQuery is executed too many times
Although a number of issues were resolved with the treeview, the treeview's interaction with the SDO has still room for improvement. At the moment the OpenQuery function is still executed too many times in a treeview. Expanding the parent node calls the openquery function for each child's node regardless of whether the child node is visible or not with an impact on performance.

FIX:
Expanding the parent node should call the openquery function only for the visible child node.
