Retrieval on a per-page basis.
At initialization, all the pages are retrieved from the Repository and therefore, when a Dynamic frame is used, the entire dataset is returned.
Using smartFrames

FIX:
At initialization, only those pages (and their contained objects) required for by the InitialPageList attribute should be retrieved from the Repository. Please note that this behavior is present only in smartFrames, not in windows.
