Support for WebSpeed (1.0 & 2.x) on NT 3.5.1 and 4.0
Support for WebSpeed on NT 4.0

WebSpeed 1.0 was ported and certified on NT 3.5.1. WebSpeed 1.0 was
not certified on NT 4.0. Webspeed 2.x versions have been certified to
run on Windows NT 3.51 and/or 4.0.
Customers have been able to run WebSpeed 1.0 successfully on NT 4.0.
Customers on NT 4.0 are supported with WebSpeed 1.0, however, if a
problem they hit is directly related to running on NT 4.0 and does not
occur on NT 3.5.1, the customer will be advised to either down grade
the o.s. to 3.5.1 or upgrade to 2.1 of Webspeed.
