SYMPTOM(s):
Installation failed. Setup can not continue because of the following error:
The filename, directory name or volume syntax is not correct.
Error occurs immediately after clicking on the WebClient "Install Now" link.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
To resolve this problem, follows the steps outlined below:
1) Remove the \Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield folder, then try the
installation again.
If step 1 fails to resolve the problem, use step 2.
2) Make sure the user logged into the Windows machine is the actual local machine administrator (not a user with administrative rights).
