SYMPTOM(s):
Webspeed hangs with unable to display page error message
Webspeed hangs with green status bar slowly moving without displaying anything
Has to reboot Windows server to get adminserver and broker running
Database on AIX machine
CAUSE:
At this time it is unknown why Webspeed was hanging since we could never get any error messages or what state the agents were in when the system was re-booted.
FIX:
Upgraded to 9.1D08 and Webspeed is continuing to run normally.
