Deployment of a new Web Service fails.
Encountered exception while parsing <filename>.wsm:
java.io.UTFDataFormatException: Invalid byte 2 of 2-byte UTF-8 sequence.
Update cannot proceed.
The "Description" field in ProxyGen contains extended characters.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Remove the extended characters from ProxyGen.
