BI Cluster size set differently on standby database than on production database.
In standby log file: Before-image cluster size set to 16 kb. (1620)
In production log file: Before-image cluster size set to 16384 kb. (1620)

CAUSE:
A truncate bi should never be run on the standby database, unless no new roll-forward will be done on that database.
FIX:
Do not run truncate bi on the standby database anymore.
