FIX:
No, it is not possible to restore a version 9 backup in version 8 database and/or vice versa.
In order to access V8 database using V9 utilities, the V8 has to be converted to V9 first.
For this task you can use 2 approaches:
a) proutil V8_db -C conv89
b) dump & load
