WebSpeed static images are not shown in workshop
Unable to load workshop images
FACT(s) (Environment):
Virtual directory webspeedXXX exists under website
Virtual directory webspeedXXX correctly set pointing to %DLC%\Webspeed directory
Can view any images at URL http://localhost/webspeedXXX/images/xxx.gif. being image name

OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
Incorrect value set to wsRoot within ubroker.properties.
wsRoot must match the same as the Virtual Directory nane in IIS
FIX:
Choose one of the following:
1) Change wsRoot valua to match the same as the Virtual directory name
OR
2) Recreate the Virtual with correct name it pointing to %DLC%\Webspeed directory
OR
3) If you need to maintain more than one version of Progress, create another vitual directory webspeedXXX
