FIX:
There is no place within the database schema where we can retrieve the information about the word-break rules loaded into the Database. Normally this should be documented by the DBA or the person in charge of Internationalization for the DB.
However, you could try removing the proword files from DLC directory (or the directory defined in PROWORD enviroment variable) and then see which proword file gives an error message when trying to start the database. Alternatively, you can always reload the rules.
