GOAL:
What to do if you have erase last BI extent
FIX:
Do not try the force option (-F).
If you force open the database, you will smash it.
Back it up, and use the -norecover option on probkup.
You could then add another bi extent.
Or you could delete the database, lay out new extents, and restore into the
new structure.
Then you should be able to go through crash recovery successfully.
