Unable to load the incremental df file
Loading delta file via local Data Dictionary on Unix doesn't work
The same df file is loaded properly when using a remote client connection.
There are no messages either on the screen or in the database log file.
CAUSE:
The _lodsddl.p program that loads data definition .df files into a database was manually changed (disabling its functionality) by the user and recompiled.
FIX:
Restore the original _lodsddl.p procedure.
