proadsv -start returns file /admsrv.log must have write privileges in order to run the admin server.
copy con > admsrv.log gives permission denied
CAUSE:
Permission problem to Progress WorkDir
FIX:
Make sure the user account starting the Admin Server has write permission to
the Progress working directory
