Idle WebSpeed agent causes high number of context switches on Windows
CAUSE:
BUG# 20040402-020
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - for example 10 prestarted WebSpeed agents do generate about 15000 context switches per sec on Windows.
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1E or to Progress OpenEdge 10 (or higher).
