Resource polling is not re-enabled after the restart of AdminServer
Database resource polling does not work after restart of AdminServer
Any other resource except database polls fine
Database resource has yellow, unchecked status in Fathom console

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00102613
FIX:
The workaround is to enable polling manually after the restart of AdminServer via fathom -enable -resource <resource_name>.
