The message text background colour is visible as a gray box around the message text.
Dynamics Session API askQuestion message text has a different background colour.
The background colour seems to relate the the Windows Desktop theme selected in the display settings.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development.
The problem relates to the desktop theme selected. Some themes exhibit the behaviour, some do not.
FIX:
Workaround:
Change the Windows desktop theme to 'Windows classic'.
