SYMPTOM(s):
ODBC driver's Test Connect fails.
This client is not licensed for remote connections. (4406)
OIB's environment variables are correctly set.
CAUSE:
The _prooibk process is not started.
FIX:
Start the OIB and make sure you see the following two lines in the PROOIDRV.LG file:
In this example the user that starts the process is x.
