Results - How to print all pages in the report.
In GUI Results many times the image you see in print preview is not
what gets printed.
This is because the default page setting is 66 lines but for the laser
printers it`s usually set to less.
What happens is that a report may be 4 pages on Print preview and
when printed, it will print 1 full page, next page will be maybe 4
lines, then another full page, and finally the last page of 4 lines.
As you can see you've lost 2 full pages of the report, but Results
thinks it's all done.
How to fix this!

In Results
-> Select Options
-> Custom Page
-> Adjust the Page Length (usually 60 works, but may be even
lower depending on the printer)
