Adminserver does not start
A Progress TEMPORARY FIX was recently installed on the system.
CHANGE:
A Temporary Fix (in this particular case 9.1D0813) was applied on a Progress version without Service Packs.
FIX:
Uninstall and reinstall Progress, apply the correct Service Pack, apply the Temp Fix.
