Installation of progress on windows 2000 fails as it checks the system.
On manual attempt the Progress flash screen appears and it runs the percentages screen as it checks the system.
No Progress products installed on this machine.
No other applications are started on this machine.
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_04 is installed.
CAUSE:
not isolated.
FIX:
Uninstall the current java.
Remove all unneeded processes in task manager.
Install Progress.
