SUMMARY:
The Progress/400 DataServer product library should never be placed in
the AS/400 system library list (SYSLIBL). There are various other ways
to globally distribute this library to users that may need access.
Placing the DataServer product library in the system library list can
cause the installation of the V80C product to fail with a MCH4431
error message which reports a program signature violation or a CPF0001
received by QINSTAPP at 3100. In both cases the LODRUN command stops.
