SYMPTOM(s):
character mode frame is bigger than dialog box
after tabbing to all fields and returning to first field, you don't go back to top of frame
want label to show over fill-in when frame bigger than dialog box
Fill-in is being viewed as text so it can be a label
CAUSE:
Defined frame contains more than 25 lines.
FIX:
The documentation recommends that when designing character mode screens that you use only 24 or 25 lines so it will display properly.
