Fathom High Availability Replication 2.0A
SYMPTOM(s):
Fathom Replication doesn't notice TCP connection being lost
No modifications done on source database while connection is lost.
CAUSE:
The connection is checked when synchronisation between the databases is started.
However, as no modifications were done on the source database no synchronisation is required and therefore none is performed.
Because of this, the loss of the connection goes unnoticed.
FIX:
None, this behavior is expected
