Running proutil -C conv910 from a OE10A/bin directory

FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B
If the upgrade is unacceptable apply the following workaround:
Restore database from backup, since it's corrutped. Truncate BI using version 9 and then go to directory where database is located and run (version 10) proutil <db> -C conv910 from there.
