SYMPTOM(s):
Title Bar growth when deployed in different geometry than compiled
CAUSE:
If you compile a Dialog Box in windows with Title Bar height 18 and deploy it on Windows with different Geometry Title Bar 24.
The Title Bar height will increase each time the Windows is instanciated.
FIX:
Tis issue will be fixed with Service Pack 9.1D09.
