SYMPTOM(s):
Can not uninstall webspeed messenger on windows
wsmsgp.dll is in use
shut down www service, error still occurs
rebooted the machine but still receives the error
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed 3.x
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Manually uninstall the messenger and delete registry settings
