SmartDataObject sends 'UpdateComplete' update state when reset button is clicked in SmartToolbar
SmartToolbar is in 'Update' mode instead of 'Save' mode
CAUSE:
A SmartDataObject sends the wrong update state when the reset button is clicked in the SmartToolbar
FIX:
The 'reset' is published from the SmartDataViewer, but the SmartDataObject republishes this as 'updateComplete'. This is intentional behavior.
