1127 error on _File:
Fix RECID <recid>, _File already exists with <field value>. (1127)

1645 error on _File:
SYSTEM ERROR: RECID <recid> in _File could not be found. (1645)
SYSTEM ERROR: RECID <recid> in <file-name> could not be found. (1645)
v8 database converted to multi-volume with prostrct convert
CAUSE:
The behaviour seems to indicate schema corruption and altogether looks very much like a known issue (bug# 20011220-001).
FIX:
A dump and load will have to be done to migrate from v8 -
1. Restore the backup of the v8 database that was made before the prostrct convert was carried out.
2. A dump and load (either binary or from the Data Dictionary) can then be done. A binary dump and load would be quicker than using the Data Dictionary, but then an idxbuild would be required as well.
