SYMPTOM(s):
User has quit the application abnormally
User still shows in _connect table
User in question was connected as remote user
User does not show in Promon anymore
User identified by its login name
User cannot connect a second time due to application checking the _connect table
CAUSE:
The remote server will not know the user ended until it gets the TcpKeepAlive timeout signaling that the client connection has been terminated.
FIX:
Have one user only per remote server (using broker startup parameter "-Ma 1") and disconnect the remote server corresponding to the user which quit abnormally the application.
