You may access the software at http://www.progress.com/esd
Enter your username & password to log in.
Click on Software to access the product.
Click on Crystal Decisions.
Select the release of the product to download.
There are 5 tabs at the top of the release. The license addendum tab contains<a ESD Questions the green sheet with the license numbers for the products.
Click on the Download button to download the software.
